One 3 bedroom house, accommodates 6 /7 people.
Three 2 bedroom houses accommodate 4 people.
Each house has a kitchen, living room and bathroom with power shower.

On site facilities include outdoor eating areas, a barbeque and plenty of space for football, walking and relaxing. Our holiday homes have all been decorated to a very high standard offering tradition with modern comfort. 

The Three, 2 bedroom houses have a Kitchen and living room with a dining table in it. The bedrooms have a double bed and normally have 2 single beds but we can put in another single if needs be.

Other facilities include a shed with a washing machine and tumble drier. Guests may use it for bicycles or dry fishing gear or rain wear.

There is a go-cart and trailer for the children to play with and a little car so the smaller children to play with under adult supervision. They can ride then up and down the avenue, as the gate onto the road can be shut
The court yard has a gas fired barbeque and the gates can be secured so small children can play in it and not get near the river.

There are walks along the River Dee outside the houses with styles to get over the fences.
The lawns around the building are cut so children can play games .
